Developed by Feldenkrais Practitioner Ruthy Alon. This is a class directed toward improving bone density and has interested NASA as well as healthcare practitioners. It would be useful for students to have a recent bone density test so they can compare the results objectively if they already have the condition. Naturally, it will be useful in preserving bone density as well, especially in persons at risk. By appointment |
